Samuel
Levy
A Belgian-born visual artist based in France and working in Luxembourg, Samuël Lévy has been developing for more than twenty years a body of work centered on contemporary drawing.
Starting with ballpoint pen and pencil, then moving on to acrylic, he has refined a distinctive style in which bright, primary – sometimes fluorescent – colors proliferate into forms that are at times organic and aquatic, at others vegetal or root-like.
At the heart of his work lies the Inner Landscape project, born from his reflection on the relationship between human beings, nature, and the energy that flows through us. His paintings, sculptures, and installations invite us to explore a universe that is both mysterious and deeply connected to the living world.
Exhibited in Luxembourg, France, and at Luxembourg Art Week, his work also unfolds in urban spaces and emblematic venues, through murals, live paintings, and installations.
